Refunds:
Refunds are only available in limited circumstances. Any discounted orders, including any promotional offers (e.g., 50% off the first month), are not refundable. Please note that your account will be charged every thirty (30) days unless adjusted. You must cancel or skip this order before the debit date to avoid any fees and taxes. Any other refunds will be at our discretion. If you would like a refund on a non-discounted order, please contact us at Support@tlpdzjz.store.
Returns:
Our commitment to providing fresh and safe merchandise drives all our decisions. Therefore, returns are rarely permitted and only in specific circumstances. Returns must be unopened, in good packaging, with security tape intact, and postmarked within 10 days of the original shipping date. Please note that returns are subject to other conditions. Local taxes may apply, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to update your account information.

You hereby consent and authorize Hiya Health Products LLC and its third-party service providers to share any information and payment instructions you provide, including personal information, financial information, credit card payment information, and transaction information, as necessary to complete payment transactions under this Agreement. When you first register a credit card, you may see a pending charge during the authorization confirmation process. This charge is not an actual charge and is only used to verify the authenticity of your account. The pending charge will be automatically settled. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may impose.
The risk of loss and title for your purchased items pass to you when we deliver them to the carrier.
