Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and southern Canada. If you purchase a Tlpdzjz subscription through our website, you will receive an initial package containing your refillable bottle and a 30-day supply of vitamin supplements. We will then ship you a 30-day supply of our vitamin supplements every 30 days. Our subscriptions are 30-day subscriptions to ensure that your vitamin supplements are fully used by the end of each month.

Your subscription will continue and you will be charged every thirty (30) days until you cancel. However, please note that all service fees are non-refundable, so if you cancel your subscription, we will ship you any unreceived vitamin supplements, but we will not refund any amounts not received as of the date of cancellation. There is no subscription fee associated with your subscription. You will only pay the cost of the product and any associated shipping and handling fees. After the end of your first thirty (30) day Subscription Period, and any subsequent Subscription Period, your Subscription will automatically renew on the first day following the end of such Subscription Period (each, a "Renewal Start Date") for an additional thirty (30) day period at the then-current Subscription Price. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription at any time prior to the Renewal Start Date by emailing Support@tlpdzjz.store or canceling your subscription in your online account (in certain states, such as California, you can cancel in the Customer Portal).

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment provider now and again at the beginning of any subsequent Subscription Period. If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time, your subscription will automatically terminate and we will not charge your payment provider for subsequent Subscription Periods. You agree that we may terminate or suspend your subscription at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion.

Your product will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX within 3-5 business days, but may take longer due to unforeseen delays.
